Dream Star Fighting Marigold se prepara para realizar su próximo gran evento del año: Marigold Gran Destiny 2025. El evento se realizará el 26 de octubre en el Ryogoku Kokugikan de Tokio, Japon. La cartelera tiene varios combates atractivos confirmados. Uno de estos es el combate por el Marigold World Championship entre la campeona Utami Hayashishita y la ganadora del Dream Star GP 2025 Miku Aono.

Pep S. Caro tuvo la oportunidad de entrevistar a Miku Aono. Conocida como “Brilliant Future”, Miku respondió varias de las preguntas de Pep. Los temas fueron sobre el Dream Star GP 2025, su próximo combate contra Utami Hayashishita por el Marigold World Championship en Marigold Grand Destiny, la rivalidad entre Marigold y Marvelous, representar a Kawagoe, TodoMiku Channel y más.

Pep: En tu sexto combate, derrotaste a Chika Goto. ¿Qué opinas de ese combate? ¿Qué impresiones tienes de Chika como competidora?

Miku: Esta victoria fue la que me coloca en la cima de la STAR League, así que estoy muy contenta.

Gochika ha crecido tanto física como mentalmente últimamente. Sentí que ha crecido más que solo estar viviendo un buen momento.

Pep: En tu séptimo combate, empataste con Mai Sakurai en la revancha de MARIGOLD FIRST DREAM. Con este resultado, ganaste la STAR LEAGUE. ¿Qué opinas de ese combate? ¿Qué crees que aprendiste del combate de enero que aplicaste al que tuviste en el Korakuen Hall? ¿Qué impresiones tienes de Sakurai como competidora?

Miku: El combate contra Mai Sakurai fue el que más me impactó en el DSGP de este año. Quería ganar para vengarme de mi derrota en el torneo Ota Ward el 3 de enero, así que me quedé con algunos arrepentimientos. Tuve la oportunidad de ejecutar el STF contra el que perdí el 3 de enero, así que tenía muchas ganas de conseguir una victoria por rendición al final.

Mai Sakurai ha teñido con sus colores el Campeonato Nacional Unido, y siento que ella es aún más fuerte como campeona.

Pep: En la final, derrotaste a Victoria Yuzuki para ganar el torneo. Fue un combate en el que el público se hizo notar desde el principio. Cabe destacar el vínculo que comparten con Nanae: Yuzuki fue su primera oponente en Marigold, y tú fuiste la última en su combate de retiro. ¿Qué opinas de ese combate? ¿Qué impresiones tienes de Yuzuki como competidora?

Miku: Fue realmente conmovedor ver a dos personas con similitudes con Nanae enfrentarse en la final. Vi el impulso de Yuzuki en el DSGP de este año, así que sabía que era una oponente que no podía subestimar. Pude sentir su espíritu feroz durante todo el combate. Al final logré ganar usando la técnica One Second EX que heredé de Nanae, así que le estoy muy agradecida.

Me parece increíble que Yuzuki haya podido pelear así con tan poco tiempo de carrera. No solo tiene talento, sino que también se esfuerza mucho. La respeto por muchas cosas. Es una luchadora que iluminará el futuro de Marigold.

Pep: Por primera vez, competirás por el Campeonato Mundial de Marigold. Te enfrentarás a Utami Hayashishita en MARIGOLD GRAND DESTINY el 26 de octubre en el Ryogoku Kokugikan. ¿Cómo ha ido tu preparación para este combate? ¿Qué impresiones tienes de Utami como competidora?

Miku: Estoy lista y preparada. Creo que este es mi momento de demostrar lo que he construido durante el último año y cinco meses desde nuestra fundación (Marigold). Utami Hayashishita es una luchadora que posee todo lo que deseo: fuerza indiscutible, carisma y fama. Por eso deseo con tantas ganas arrebatarle el cinturón. Quiero convertirme en campeona y mostrarles a todos grandes sueños. Por favor, esperen con ansias el momento en que Miku Aono se convierta en la verdadera As de Marigold.

Pep: MARIGOLD llegó a Kawagoe, tu ciudad natal, en julio. Luego, participaste en un combate especial en el Kawagoe Action Festival el 5 de octubre. ¿Qué significa para ti competir en Kawagoe? ¿Cómo se siente ser cada vez más reconocida como un ícono de tu ciudad?

Miku: Estoy muy feliz de poder competir en Kawagoe, un lugar que significa mucho para mí, donde nací y crecí.

Muchos fans viajaron de todas partes a Kawagoe para mis dos torneos de bienvenida.

Mi deseo de seguir creciendo y contribuir a Kawagoe es una de mis fuerzas motrices.

Pep: Estás viviendo un gran momento en tu carrera y creemos que puedes seguir creciendo enfrentándote a nuevos oponentes. Si pudieras elegir un oponente para un combate individual al que aún no te hayas enfrentado, ¿a quién elegirías?

Miku: Es difícil decidir, pero si tuviera que elegir, elegiría a un luchador japonés. Hay muchos luchadores en Japón a los que aún no me he enfrentado, así que primero quiero seguir desafiándome a nivel nacional y ver hasta dónde puedo llegar.

Pep: Actualmente tienes un proyecto audiovisual: TODOMIKU CHANNEL. Publicas nuevos videos cada semana. ¿Cómo surgió esta idea? ¿Cómo describirías el proceso de creación de los episodios?

Miku: Empezamos esto porque queríamos usar nuestras fortalezas, la lucha libre profesional y la actuación, para crear contenido que despertara el interés en la lucha libre profesional.

Tenemos un guionista trabajando en el guion. Aunque todavía no sabemos cómo se desarrollará la historia, a todos se nos ocurren ideas durante el rodaje, así que estamos emocionados por ver cómo se desarrolla.

Pep: Te has convertido en una de las competidoras imprescindibles de MARIGOLD y has alcanzado muchos logros en tus primeros 18 meses en la organización. ¿Cuáles son tus objetivos para 2026? ¿Qué planeas hacer para alcanzarlos?

Miku: En 2026, quiero convertirme en el As de Marigold. Quiero que la gente piense en Miku Aono cuando escuche “Marigold”.

Para ello, creo que es muy importante ganar el Campeonato Mundial en el torneo de Ryogoku el 26 de octubre. Seguiré trabajando paso a paso para convertirme en una estrella reconocida tanto por los fans como dentro de la organización.

Pep: Gracias por participar en esta entrevista. Finalmente, ¿tienes un mensaje para tus fans de todo el mundo?

Miku: ¡Muchísimas gracias a todos los que siempre me apoyan!

Pep: In your sixth match, you defeated Chika Goto. What are your thoughts on that match? What are your impressions of Chika as a competitor?

Miku: This victory puts me at the top of the STAR League, so I’m very happy with it.

Gochika has grown in both body and mind recently. I felt that she’s grown more than just in momentum.

Pep: In your seventh match, you drew with Mai Sakurai in your MARIGOLD FIRST DREAM rematch. With this result, you won the STAR LEAGUE. What are your thoughts on that match? What do you think you learned from the January match that you applied to the one you had at Korakuen Hall? What are your impressions of Sakurai as a competitor?

Miku: The match against Mai Sakurai was the one I was most conscious of at this year’s DSGP. I wanted to win to get revenge for my loss at the Ota Ward tournament on January 3rd, so I was left with some regrets.

I had a chance to get the STF I lost to on January 3rd, so I really wanted to get a submission at the end.

Mai Sakurai has now firmly dyed the United National Championship in her colors, and I feel she’s even stronger as a champion.

Pep: In the Finals, you defeated Victoria Yuzuki to win the tournament. It was a match in which the crowd made its presence felt from the beginning. It’s worth noting the bond you both share over Nanae: Yuzuki was her first opponent in Marigold, and you were the last in her retirement match. What are your thoughts on that match? What are your impressions of Yuzuki as a competitor?

Miku: It was certainly moving to see two people who share similarities with Nanae facing off in the finals. I saw Yuzuki’s momentum at this year’s DSGP, so I knew she was an opponent I couldn’t underestimate. I could feel her fierce spirit throughout the match. I was able to win in the end using the One Second EX technique I inherited from Nanae, so I’m truly grateful to her.

I think it’s amazing that Yuzuki was able to fight like that with that short of a career. Not only is she talented, but she also puts in a lot of effort. I respect her for many things. She’s a wrestler who will brighten the future of Marigold.

Pep: For the first time, you’ll be challenging for the Marigold World Championship. You’ll face Utami Hayashishita in GRAND DESTINY on October 26 at Ryogoku Kokugikan. How has your preparation been going for this match? What are your impressions of Utami as a competitor? What can fans expect when they watch this match?

Miku: I’m ready and prepared. I believe this is my time to prove what I’ve built up over the past year and five months since our founding.

Utami Hayashishita is a wrestler who possesses everything I want: undisputed strength, charisma, and fame. That’s why I so strongly want to take the belt from her. I want to become champion and show everyone big dreams. Please look forward to the moment when Miku Aono becomes Marigold’s true ace.

Pep: MARIGOLD performed in Kawagoe, your hometown, in July. Then in a special match at the Kawagoe Action Festival on October 5th. What does it mean to you to compete in Kawagoe? How does it feel to be increasingly recognized as an icon of your city?

Miku: I’m very happy to be able to compete in Kawagoe, a place that means a lot to me, where I was born and raised.

So many fans traveled from far and wide to Kawagoe for my two homecoming tournaments.

My desire to continue to grow and contribute to Kawagoe is one of my driving forces.

Pep: You’re experiencing a great moment in your career, and we believe you can continue to grow by facing new opponents. If you could choose an opponent for a singles match that you haven’t faced yet, would you choose?

Miku: It’s hard to decide, but if I had to choose, I’d choose a Japanese wrestler. There are many wrestlers in Japan that I haven’t faced yet, so I want to continue challenging myself domestically first and see how far I can go.

Pep: You currently have an audiovisual project: TODOMIKU CHANNEL. New videos are published every week. How did this idea come about? How would you describe the process of making the episodes?

Miku: The reason we started this was because we wanted to use our strengths, professional wrestling and acting, to create content that would pique interest in professional wrestling.

We have a screenwriter working on the script. While we’re still not sure how the story will unfold, we’re all coming up with ideas as we film, so we’re excited to see how it will unfold.

Pep: You’ve become one of MARIGOLD’s must-see acts and have achieved many accomplishments in your first 18 months with the organization. What are your goals for 2026? What do you plan to do to achieve them?

Miku: In 2026, I want to become Marigold’s ace. I want people to think of Miku Aono when they hear “Marigold”.

To that end, I think it’s very important to win the World Championship at the Ryogoku tournament on October 26th.

I’ll continue to work step by step to become an ace who is recognized by both fans and within the organization.

Pep: Thank you for participating in this interview. Finally, do you have a message for your fans around the world?

Miku: Thank you so much to everyone who always supports me!

I feel that through social media and other means, the number of people supporting me from all over the world is increasing, and I am very happy about that.

I will continue to do my best to spread the charm of Miku Aono and Marigold from Japan even more. I hope that those who have not yet seen my matches will enjoy the difference between what I do inside and outside the ring.
